Andrew Linnell - Profile

Andrew is a leading independent expert in the UK general insurance market, working with insurance brokers to achieve their personal and business goals, and with insurance companies to achieve their distribution and growth objectives in the broker distribution channel.

Following a highly successful career in the insurance industry, including a variety of senior management and board-level positions, Andrew set up his own consultancy practice in 2006, providing Compliance Services, assisting insurance intermediaries with growth and strategy development including Strategy and Business Planning, Merger and Acquisitions, Exit Planning, and Governance.

He is also experienced in coaching and mentoring, business performance (growth and profit) analysis and improvement, customer experience and loyalty.

Since 2008, Andrew has served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Church of Scotland Insurance Services.
